The Yamaha TRBX174 electric bass is the ideal choice for both beginning and intermediate bassists alike, serving up a Yamaha-quality instrument at a price no musician can argue with. The TRBX174 features a sleek alder body with a smooth double cutaway design that's offered in some killer metallic finishes including dark blue metallic and red metallic or if you prefer a more traditional finish the TRBX174 is also offered in black and old violin sunburst. The neck is carved from maple into a comfortable profile and features a 34" scale, 10" radius sonokeling fingerboard to provide you with the ultimate playability and comfort. The TRBX174 comes loaded with one single coil pickup J-style pickup and one split-coil P style pickup to provide you with incredible tonal versatility needed to play a wide range of genres. The TRBX174 bass sports all chrome hardware which include a vintage style bridge and covered tuning machines. Case not included.

Yep, I'd buy it again. The price and quality were both good

I play synths mainly but wanted to incorporate a real bass sound. This instrument was both affordable and good quality. I didn't need an expensive bass just a good one.
