Fits on the stage, has enough keys to play basslines, but short enough for a stage full of guitar players. No wasted length or width with fragile joysticks or extra chassis spacing. The internal speaker can be set to remain on as a monitor when external amp is plugged in. Great for when you're using a direct box but need to hear yourself. I do wish a standard pedal could be set to toggle rotary organ - the optional proprietary pedal is big, expensive, and not very portable. I can't say how sturdy it is - my Casio WK's (two) have spent years in the hot trunk with no problems, we'll see how the yamaha does.
