First unit had dead compressor on arrival. Second unit's needle gauge broke with less than 20 hours use. Customer service rep 1 said they would pay free shipping. Cus. Service rep 2 said no and wouldn't honor that promise: FAIL. UA hordes their blueprints. Only THEY can fix your unit. That means weeks of downtime: FAIL (especially since the only 2 units I've owned broke) Other than that, when it works, it's a beautiful unit and seemingly worthy of 5 stars. When it breaks, it's weeks, a customer service that may be dishonest to you (I only have my example to go on, I've had past experience where they were very good with me, so I don't know, maybe I got a bad guy and his manager) Unless you have a backup unit, or can deal with weeks of downtime, don't rely on this one.
