I am just blown away by the UKB 325 bass ukulele by Carlo Robelli. The quality surpasses that of my Cordoba, which costs twice as much. The frets are perfectly machined and smooth, there are no defects in the wood, perfect sound hole, and a great finish. Even the insides show great attention to detail in the build. The value is remarkable. This bass ukulele features the same Aquila Thundergut strings as the Kala U-Bass with similarly well built planetary tuners. It include batteries for the built-in pickups and digital tuner. The knobs and buttons all seem to be in good working condition. The action is great, the neck finish is smooth to the touch, it can be played with or without an amp.... I'm beyond impressed at this price point. This bass ukulele is the best kept secret online because I couldn't find anything about it before I bought one. Definitely worth the small investment to add to any ukulele collection. *To clarify, yes, my UKB 325 came with frets, as pictured. The description says it is fretless despite this.
