I've had my Smart Pro 1500 VA for about a week and a half. I live in a rural area that is currently going through a series of power outages due to Comed equipment failures. Regrettably my unit has been exercised more that I would like. To date it's working perfectly. I had some concerns with the original set up of the automatic shutdown system. Called support and they were excellent to work with. Support walked me through the whole procedure, works perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased with support and the unit.
