Warranty Info:

If you would like to claim any fault or damage, please report this to [email protected]
State your problem together with full contact details.
Once assessment is complete you will be emailed the outcome.
If positive you will be given an RMA number along with Consignment / Pickup details for the courier.
Pack the product either in its original package or well with cardboard and foam.

If end-consumer has issues regarding faulty hardware within 12 months of buying the product, then Retailer should verify this and contact Teenage Engineering, who will examine the product and may recognise this as Warranty.

Hardware issues
Teenage Engineering products come with a 1 (one) year limited warranty, from date of purchase.
Rechargeable batteries come with a 6 (six) month warranty from date of purchase.
Retailer must claim any issues within this period.

Cosmetic Issues
Cosmetic issues including stains, cracks, marks etc is NOT covered under warranty unless Retailer received the product in that condition and reports it within an allocated 72 hour timeframe.

Warranty Limitations
The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product only.
Teenage Engineering may elect which remedy or combination of remedies to provide at its sole discretion.
The usual time for service is 2-4 weeks.
Teenage Engineerings entire liability for any defective product shall in no event exceed the purchase price for the defective product. If that would occur a replacement product will be provided instead.
Proof of Warranty - The customer must provide proof of purchase in order to obtain warranty service, using invoice or receipt.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage from physical abuse such as dropping the unit or impact from hard objects.
Damage due to connecting other than certified USB charger /equipment to the USB port.
Damage due to liquid contamination.
Damage due to excessive high or low temperature / humidity.
Damage due to inappropriate storage.
Physically damaged connectors.
Broken keys or physical damage to the keyboard mechanism.
Damage resulting from any use other than that it was intended for.
Product purchase as ex-demo, refurbished stock or 2nd hand.
