The Squier Classic Vibe Stratocaster 50s stays true to most of the original specs that put the Strat on the map in 1954. The Classic Vibe Stratocaster sports an alder body with the legendary ‘comfort contour’ design that was way ahead of its time. The body is outfitted with a trio of single-coil pickups powered by Alnico III magnets that deliver those clear, bell-like, bright Strat tones that were the driving force behind an endless list of guitar legends. Aged plastic knobs give the Classic Vibe Stratocaster a more vintage look.

The Squier Classic Vibe Stratocaster sports a traditional 1-piece maple neck which is amber-tinted to resemble a vintage Strat neck. This version of the Stratocaster also is also equipped with the modern features that today’s players demand. The neck boasts a flatter radius of 9.5” with medium-jumbo frets which makes for effortless, clean string bending. A vintage-style synchronized tremolo completes the package. The Classic Vibe Stratocaster delivers great sound and vintage looks at an unbeatable value! Available in several classic finishes. Case not included.

  • Maple neck with "C"-shaped profile and 21-fret maple fingerboard
  • Three custom vintage-style single-coil Stratocaster pickups
  • Five-way pickup switch
  • Vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge
  • Case not included

I got the 50's strat after purchasing and loving the C.V. 50's tele. I own other stats that cost many times more than this one and they dont compare to the quality of this instrument. I use it for recording and the sound is great. I did put a set of lace gold pickups in it to get some more bite, but the stock pickups are ok, depending on what you plan to use them for. If this guitar ever broke (Its built like a tank) I would get a new one the next day. This is a great value and a versitile instument. Great for the studio musician. An all around workhorse of a guitar that any serious guitar player should not be without. I play everything from blues to metal to worship music and this strat can do it all. If it said fender on the headstock no one would ever question if this guitar is the real deal.

I got this guitar because I already had the classic vibe tele and loved it. I got the 2t sunburst. Sounds great recorded but could use an upgrade in the pickups. Aslo Im not crazy about the saddles but those are both personal preferences. I feel great gigging with this guitar because I know if it gets beat up I can just go get another one. This is a great guitar, not just for the cash but really a great guitar. It sounds awesome through my peavey classic 50. If you want a strat and dont want to spend a grand this is your guitar. If I can find one in blue Im gonna have 2 of these babys.

Excellent sound and not a lot of bucks

This guitar is like really cool. You can't ask for a better guitar, well you can but its like the perfect guitar if you cant afford more expensive guitars. I use this guitar to play at special events in my church and it sounds like an angel. With a little distortion or overdrive and a little bit of delay, you make this guitar cry. The tremolo bar is really nice and it doesn't get untuned when you use it. The pickups are really nice, it sounds great. There is nothing wrong with this guitar, everything is perfect, I guess for me.
