Trilian is the total solution for Bass from Spectrasonics!

With its comprehensive design, Trilian brings many different types of Bass together into one extraordinary-sounding virtual instrument.
Trilian is designed from the ground up to be the most versatile bass virtual instrument available today with a new level of expressive, real-time performance for acoustic and electric basses – plus cutting-edge synth bass tones with powerful editing and extraordinary sound quality.

Trilian is the successor to Spectrasonics’ award-winning Trilogy bass instrument, offering deeper control of musical expression and much greater flexibility of sound shaping. Trilian’s 34GB library is 10-times the size of Trilogy and features all new acoustic, electric and synth basses.

Powered by next generation STEAM Engine technology, Trilian is the first instrument to feature core library integration with Spectrasonics flagship Omnisphere synth – allowing Trilian’s sounds to be used within the Omnisphere environment for further sound design and keyboard/bass splits.

Huge library for the price

The price is steep but the library is extremely extensive, and provides you with almost if not every bass sound you could possibly want.

The best bass

Trilian is a permanent fixture in my recording template. It has an outstanding sound, whether you're using its electric, acoustic or synth basses. I mostly use the synth sounds (awesome Taurus!), which works as well as any minimoog or arp, and the synth functions let you tweak the sound the same way you'd use any synth. Electric basses are great too, really punchy and round, especially the MusicMan. You can choose direct or mic inputs too. The acoustic upright bass is crazy good. I don't use that as much in my work, but when the situation calls for it, you honestly couldn't do better with the real thing, IMHO. This a first class plug-in.

boom doggy

Nice bass sounds. Not nice license.

You will be happy with bass sounds. Just be sure you really want the product. License transfer is almost impossible. And they charge a fee as well.
