Great picks for rhythm/lead, diff gauges, will buy again!

Awesome, interchange between Brain Picks .73s & Jim Dunolps Nylon OGs .73s &.60 on my Gibson Les Paul Tribute Goldtop & Taylor acoustic, plus a couple of other guitars. Great for rhythm and lead; depends on how wrists & mood feel that day. Great for both 10s & 9s, nickel-wound and steel strings on electric. Sam Ash had best price & delivery!

So far so good!

I like the grips on these picks. Gives you a nice surface to hold but also comfortable. The tin is a great addition. Tin will hold about 20 picks and fits nicely in your pocket

Brain Picks

Been using Brain picks for sometime now. Love them!

Favorite picks!

It's all about the grip, that's what makes these my favorite picks. It's really not fun having a kick slip out of your fingers when you're performing and these pics have a grip like no other without any type of adhesive. They feel a little bit like a cat's tongue rough finish.

As Advertised. Really Good

How often does any product deliver on the promises that marketers make? I would have never purchased these had I not run upon a deeply discounted tin of the black (.88) picks. I always suspected Snarling Dogs was just adolescent heavy metal marketing. I am a finger picker who has been talked into learning to use a pick by my mentor. I never really liked them. When I agreed to learn I began to randomly experiment with many different styles of picks made with all sorts of material. This includes Blue Chip, Wegen, and Red Bear Trading Co. Now I am not about to sit here and tell you that these are the best picks I have ever used, but they are actually an extraordinary value. I feel that their claim of having the best grip around to be true. In addition, I feel that the heavier ones have the best tone by far of any pick in their price category. At the end of the day I still don't like picks and I prefer Wegen bluegrass and Red Bear to these. I will use my Wegen and Red Bear until I loose them or wear them out but I will probably be buying more heavy brain picks afterwards.

Excellent Picks

the surface texture is excellent. whether your sweating or your hands get oily it won't slip out of your fingertips. i use the red ones, i think it's is the 72mm. great for rythm. They are worth the money

my favorite

Definitely my favorite pick. Rough surface makes it easy to grip, pick holds its shape and lasts a long time, and for me the most important part is the perfectly tapered edges. I hate non-tapered (square) edges, because you can hear the pick scraping along the string right before you pick (yes I'm a sloppy player). With these, you never get that nasty scrape, just a nice clean pick every time.

There good

My whole band and I use the picks for practice and shows. We use the 1.14 (orange) they are great for palm muting and playing rock or metal. I have had experience with the green one and it is good for like slow stuff with chords and just long stokes and stuff like that i would not recomend it for picking though.

This is my pick.

I have found my pick. I use a thin pick, and the 0.60mm is the one for me. Thin celluloid picks would always eventually break for me. These don't break, they wear. But I always lose them long before they wear out. I've been using these for a few years now, and I've never worn one out before I've lost it. For me, there is nothing else like this pick; I love it.

Best Guitar Picks I've Used.

"The memory grip on this pick is amazing. It realy feels like it's part of your fingers. When you're using this pick, tough, be sure to wash your hands because the grip material tends to collect dirt and that decreases it's gripping ability. The .88 pick is the one I like the best but alot of heavy shredding wears these picks down FAST. I guess that's their only down side. But over all, a very good pick. And it comes in a cool tin case(at least the ones I got from the store did.)"
