Ok first impression when I picked the head up was how in the world am I suppose to gig with this thing when my laptop is heavier? Then I plugged it in and was blown away! For as small and lightweight as this head is it really packs a punch. The eq is responsive and the sound quality is bar none. Its smooth and clear but can knock your head off if you need it to. Coming from an Ampeg SVT-CL head, I was a bit skeptical when I first tried this little guy out at the Sam Ash in Hollywood. As soon as I played the first note on it I was hooked. FAT, yet tight/focused sound that is pretty much perfect for any style of music. Tons of power in a tiny (<4 lbs.) package.
