I bought this in order to have more flexibility on my gig. I did some research on the web first to see the best rated thin line wireless for the money and sound quality and this model was rated for use as singing on gigs. The sound dynamic is really good and more than I expected. I wanted to be able to walk around with my guitar and sing to my audience which they really liked and responded to. I get about 7 hrs. of use before recharging and I have found that the learning curve for me at least wasn't but 2 nights of using it to get it the way I wanted. I have a strong voice and can belt out some notes when needed with this mic it was no problem no distortion or overbearing voice. I' am so pleased with this and later on I can upgrade the mic piece with a Countryman for about $600 without having to get a new transmitter. The mic is comfortable and I like the mute and volume control. This is definitely worth the money I paid for it. After using it for the first couple of nights I quit using my wired mic. This one was sounding too good to not use it.
