I like the guitar. To my ear, it has good useable acoustic and electric tones. I love the neck. It's the most comfortable neck profile I have had on a guitar (I'm just a rhythm guy though and don't get around much on it, just feels right to me). Tuners are great, high quality, I'm not a fan of the wood pickup covers or knobs, but that's just cosmetic. It plays nice, is light, easy to handle. I don't notice any neck dive, I thought I saw a comment about that being a negative. I miss individual volume and tone controls for the mag pickups though although it is less complicated. Had an epiphone les paul ultra III prior to this, very nice guitar. Electric tone was slightly better on that because you have more control over the blend (2 vol, 2 tone), but acoustic tone is better on this. I also have a Godin A6 Ultra. That has slightly better acoustic tone, but this one is very close. This MK has better electric tone and I prefer the feel of this guitar over the a6 personally. I sold the les paul, keeping the a6 as a backup / alternate, but right now, this is the one I want to pick up most. It's well made and sounds good. Great if you only want to bring one guitar. Couple it with a boss katana (swiss army amp) with the acoustic and electric settings and you have a very light and simple rig that provides a nice variety of sounds.
