This guitar plays and sounds great. It would easily cost $900 or more if it had Gibson logo on it and probably $650 if it had Epiphone logo on it. I had a new Gibson Les Paul a few years ago and this guitar sounds and plays better. It's an attractive guitar, although I don't understand why it is called "Open Pore" because the appearance does not seem to appear to have an open pore appearance. The two split coils is a great feature allowing for many tonal options. I prefer the single coil modes mostly but it is nice to have the versatility.
