the guitar i was sent was beautiful, sadly it wasnt the guitar i ordered i called the store everyday and was told it would be picked up the next day! after 4 days i called the corporate customer service and they picked up the guitar the next day. the guys in the store couldnt seem to figure out how to do a return. i cancelled the order of the correct guitar and received notice they are processing my refund. how they screwed up something so simple so bad and couldnt figure out how to make it right is beyond me. never had these type problems with the 3 other online music stores i deal with. too bad it was a nice guitar and a good price.
