Moog Matriarch is a patchable 4-note paraphonic analog synthesizer with a built-in Sequencer, Arpeggiator, stereo Ladder Filters, and stereo Analog Delay. Create rich evolving chord patterns immediately with "no patching required", then tap into an abundance of inspiring textures, new sounds, and an endless supply of happy accidents through Matriarch’s 90 modular patch points. Based on the vintage circuitry of classic Moog synthesizer modules, Matriarch is a catalyst for creative ideas and a medium for multidimensional expression.

One, Two, or Four Voice Paraphony
4 Analog Oscillators allow for playing the Matriarch in either one, two, or four voice paraphony. The 256 step sequencer is also capable of playing back multi-voice sequences.

A dream synth

I've used software synths for years, this is my first analog unit. If you're serious about making synthesizer based music I highly recommend the Moog Matriarch. If you have a basic understanding how how waveforms/oscillators work, you will quickly find yourself learning how to route them modular patch points. The analog delay and stereo capabilities make this a sonic playground in a military grade metal housing. Only complaint so far is the lack of an accompanying software to edit the Global Settings, but the fact that you have to look up the key combos to change settings is also part of the fun.
