It's a good pedal, but not handwired as advertised. Customer service assured me it was handwired when I texted with an online agent (I saved the text messages). Needless to say, the wrong product arrived. It still a good pedal, but I would have purchased elsewhere for less for this model, but I kept it because I had a Sam Ash, new customer coupon and the deal was ok. Unfortunately, I didn't get the product I was wanting and still paid more than I should have for the one I received. I feel misled. Sam Ash will not be my go-to music gear provider. Disappointed.
