Featured on the front of Luna's 21" Great Wave Soprano and 23" Great Wave Concert, this masterpiece is prominently displayed on the soundboard of this fine instrument, and blends perfectly with the trans-blue mahogany back and sides. We bought this as a gift for our daughter who has a "Hawaiian theme" apartment. She is into surfing and thus the design on the ukulele fits her decor. We saw the smaller Luna version ukulele with the same decorative "wave" pattern on it in a music store for more money, and found the larger Luna version here on Sam Ash. I am glad we ordered the larger version ukulele here, even though it was back ordered for a bit. While we bought this more as a decorative item for her and because she enjoys playing acoustical guitar too, she now has picked up playing the ukulele with much new joy...
