Marc Clermont


Marc Clermont started playing drums at age four in Port Au Prince, Haiti. He was influenced by Caribbean music, Rock and Roll, R&B and Jazz. In the last 35 years, he has played on hundreds of recording sessions, performed at thousands of concerts throughout North America. Marc has performed in such venues as NAMM, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and The 30 year Woodstock Reunion.

As lead vocalist & percussionist he performed as part of the Hard Rock Live Band, “Evolution” in which he performed with artists such as: Liberty DeVitto (Billy Joel Band), Charlie Dechant (Hall and Oates), Eric Burdon (the Animals), Leslie West (Mountain), Lee Oskaar (War), Bobby Kimball (Toto), James Jameson (Survivor), Mike Pinera (Iron Butterfly), Davy Jones(the Monkees), and Percy Sledge.

Marc is well versed in all styles of music both as a vocalist and as a drummer/percussionist and has taught private drum lessons to a number of drummers, young & old.
