The Kyser KG12BK Quick-Change is larger and provides more tension for your 12-string guitar

This Kyser Quick-Change is specifically designed for your 12-string guitar and is built to last. It is reliable and does just what it is designed to do — clearly raise the pitch of the 12-string guitar so you can play in a different key without retuning or changing fingering. Seasoned professionals and beginning players alike appreciate how the Kyser Quick-Change helps them transpose their 12-string guitar in seconds, with only one hand. The beauty of the Kyser Quick-Change is in its simplicity. Kyser pioneered this design and although often imitated, a Kyser is never equaled. Made in USA.

12 Capo that WORKS!

I purchased this Kyser 12 string Capo since the 6 string Capo (also Kyser) really didn't get the job done to my satisfaction. This Capo was inexpensive to purchase but rich in results. A new Capo is something that I don't spend a lot of time dwelling on. One day I was playing my 12 string acoustic and did not like the tone from the low E string with the 6 string Capo. Now that I have this new KYSER 12 string Capo my sound has improved to a degree I did not expect. I highly recommend this important, must have tool. Enjoy!

I find that the tuning goes if you leave it on for more than a couple of songs at a time. I prefer the self locking ones that 'click' as they put less tension on the strings but still holds the tuning. Its best to try out before buying if there is a possibility to do so or ask someone who uses one already.

Very good capo. You can't go wrong with this one. Very easy to use. It also works just fine with a six string guitar, acoustic or electric. Sturdy also, it won't break on you.

Simply the Best

After trying 5 different kinds of capos, I've settled on the Kyser for my 12 string guitars (and my six strings as well). They are quick and easy to mount and stay put, without buzz, and without damaging the guitar. It's easy to park it on the head when not in use too. Simply the best!
