This is a simply made and inexpensive baritone ukulele but it sounds so beautiful and it is a joy to play. It lends itself well to a variety of styles and I play almost anything on it. Because of its low price I bring it EVERYWHERE. It's hard to put down! I've played three different MK-B's and they were all very similar. Some people could take issue with the finish (satin with pronounced grain voids), but I think it adds to the overall charm of the instrument. I love it. I own 9 ukes including a nice Kamaka and this is still one of my favorites. I may buy another to keep in reserve. If I had to offer one con - it seems to have one finicky tuner (B) but that takes a moment to resolve.
