Experienced musician, but not a trumpeter, until now! Bought this well made silver beauty at SamAsh In Phoenix, 2014, very reasonably priced. Been practicing daily, ever since. Keep the valves oiled to prevent slow response, the water keys utilized, a good cleaning once a month and it sounds good - high or low. It has taught me how to play trumpet. Musicians are elitists, always wanting bigger & better. If you practice, and love music, the equipment will sound good, no matter the purchase price. I took up trumpet at 50 years old, you're never too old to learn. This trumpet rocks!

My daughter just joined the school band, so I had to get her a trumpet. A friend recommended this one for her and at such a low price, I was curious so I went with her to try it out. She fell in love with it instantly. It comes with the mouthpiece and ontop of that, I premium case for her to take it to school with.
