The GSR105EX features a double cutaway mahogany body that is contoured to maximize player comfort and topped off with a Mahogany Oil or Black finish. The neck features a solid maple construction and a rosewood fingerboard outfitted with 22 medium frets. Ibanez keeps things simple with a single high output Ibanez PPD5 Humbucking pickup which will deliver massive tones to hold up that bottom end and never get lost in the mix. The controls feature a single volume and a single tone knob for precise tonal shaping. Case not included.

incredible instrument for the price

This is a truly awesome instrument, especially for the price. It is lightweight, but do not mistake this for poor quality... it is very comfortable to play. Thin, fast neck with easy access to the lower strings even up at higher frets. Also, the tone from the humbucker is really good... nice and fat, lots of clarity. I have played basses three times the price that don't sound or feel as good.
