Ibanez augments their Artcore series with the AS93FM hollow body electric guitar. Based on their top-selling AS73, it features a flamed maple body, now with a set-in 3pc. mahogany/maple neck. It then features a bound rosewood fingerboard with acrylic block inlays. The body and neck are bound in cream for a "vintage" look. A pair of Super 58 humbuckers dishes out those smooth, nuanced tones and a nice growl that blues guitarists will surely appreciate. Jazz fans will recognize the Ibanez original Super 58 pickups as the preferred pickup of George Benson, Pat Metheny and John Scofield on their own Signature models. The AS93FM is topped off with classy gold-plated hardware that includes Ibanez tuners an ART-1 bridge with Quik Change III tailpiece. Case not included.
