I have been playing for many years and always return to the hohner MB.I have also played and own, Lee Oskars,Suzuki,Huang,Seydel,Hering and a couple oddballs I'd just like to forget about. After extensive research and experimentation,I've found it worthwhile to invest some time in "hotrodding" the harps. In my opinion, the MB has the best tone and is best for overblows and overdraws when properly prepped. Info on different procedures may be found on most harmonica sites. Anyone with any kind of basic wood and metal working skills can easily fine tune these harps to be truly fine instruments. If you want the real deal in a harmonica, why not go with the original?
