Where's My Order?
To see the status of your shipment, log onto this site, and click "My Account" at the top of any page. Click the "View Orders" button and then the order you want to track. Just click the tracking number to see the exact distance separating you from your order. Please note that you won't be able to view in-route information for orders shipped via USPS.

Do you charge for shipping?
Currently all orders over $9.99 placed on our website ship for free! Expedited shipping is available at extra cost.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
We only collect sales tax for orders shipped to three states: California, Florida and New York.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Certain vendors do not allow us to ship their products outside of the US. For more information about International Orders, click here.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following methods of payment online:Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. For phone orders we also accept Money Orders, Personal and business checks.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us confirming the shipment along with the tracking number. Click the tracking number to see the status of your order.
