The gizmotron brings new life to any bass. It provides more diversity than...something very diverse. I can now use this device to bring sweet, sweet, swells in the more moderate and tolerable sections of songs yet it doesn't interfere with the finger pluckin' jammy jamness in any way.

True bowed sound!

"Breaking in" the Gizmotron bass bow is a challenge, just as the company says. But once learned how to adjust the wheels' location and elevation on the string, I'm getting close to the true sound of the double bass I was trained to play in college!
