From his early days with the Yardbirds during the British Invasion all the way through his long, incredibly successful solo career, guitar virtuoso Jeff Beck has brought the iconic Strat sound to places its never been before thanks to his unique playing style and distinctive tone. Working closely with the legendary Jeff Beck, Fender is proud to introduce the Jeff Beck Stratocaster, which blends traditional Fender style with an array of premium features selected by Jeff Beck.

Dressed in your choice of Surf Green or Olympic White, the Jeff Beck Stratocaster sports an alder body with a bolt-on maple neck that features a smooth satin finish, a thinner soft "C" profile, and an ergonomic contoured neck heel for maximum comfort when playing in the upper registers. The rosewood fretboard houses 22 medium jumbo frets and boasts a superbly playable modern 9.5" radius. The Jeff Beck Stratocaster also comes equipped with a high-performance LSR roller nut for unmatched tuning stability.

The Jeff Beck Stratocaster comes outfitted with a trio of Hot Noiseless pickups, which deliver scorching hot tones and plenty of punch with bluesy articulation and an ultra high-gain bridge pickup. Fender's exclusive Noiseless design facilitates superb hum-free performance while the versatile 5-position pickup switch, dual tone controls, and master volume control allows for quick, easy sound shaping. Aged knobs and pickup covers give this contemporary Strat some old-school appeal.

High-quality chrome hardware includes a 4-bolt vintage-style neck plate, a set of Deluxe Staggered Cast/Sealed locking tuners, and a 2-point synchronized trem with stainless steel block saddles for unparalleled intonation, sustain, tremolo action and ease of adjustment. Comes complete with vintage tweed hardshell case, a guitar strap, and instrument cable.

Killer axe

Great version of the guitar Jeff plays. Slightly smaller neck than on the original model, but still pretty hefty. Love the hotter noiseless pickups too. Plus this thing is pretty hard to knock out of tune.

Nice Fender!!!

Really nice instrument! Good sounds, reliable, comfortable, fair priced. Just the tremolo bar: you need to tight hard it to not get it loose, so it will be locked, there is no middle ground as pop-in arm (I changed for Gotoh 510 series, PERFECT!)

You get what you pay for

This is a high quality instrument. I did not get it because is a JB signature but because of what it is. A top grade guitar. What made me fall in love with this guitar was the feel of the neck. Not as thin as an Am standard but not too thick, eather. Very soft and smooth. Your hand glides as if on butter. The pups are very vesatile. They can take you from sweet blues sounds all the way to hard rock. I originally purchased a custom shop deluxe strat that I was excited about. Took it home and started playing it. Great sound and a good chunky neck but the neck was very slow. Your hand does not slide smoothly. Almost felt as if I had sticky hands, which I know I didn't. I went back to Sam Ash to return it and came back with this beauty. Not for everybody but it sure is worth the money. Give it a test drive. You won't be desappointed

Bought new; after 3 months rosewood fingerboard contracted and exposed sharp fret ends.Other than this,a beautiful guitar.

The Ultimate Stratocaster

I bought one of the very first Jeff Beck models to hit the stores in 1991. Only death will part me from it. I've been through over 100 guitars since the early sixties and this one was the first to do all of the things I needed a guitar to do. I figured if it could handle what Jeff dishes out, it might work for me too. I needed a guitar that would be able to take fairly constant tremelo bar use and stay in tune, and this one does it flawlessly. I can drop double stop chords a whole step and hold them there in tune and bring them right back up to pitch. I can't say enough about the Schaller locking tuners, everyone is using them now. I can't tolerate locking systems on guitars and they don't sound the same anyway. With these tuners, you avoid all of that rubbish. I also needed a wide variety of tones, as well as a choice between single and double coil pick ups, and my original Beck model has that option. I think they've cut that option out of the newer ones. They've also stopped using the original neck design, which for me is essential. This guitar is as solid as a rock, making for incredible response and tremendous sustain capabilities. They've also stopped using the Fender Lace Sensor pick ups, which is funny. I've read so many reviews where young guitar players say they hate the sound of them, but I get loads of young guitar slingers that come to see me play and they flip over the sound of my guitar! I wouldn't change anything about my Jeff Beck artist model. Everything on it is completely stock. It's the perfect Stratocaster. It's not that nothing else will come close, it's that nothing else will work period. This guitar will take a real pounding. I've had mine for 15 years and guys come up to me all the time asking if it's a new guitar. I rarely ever break a string with mine, just changing them when they lose their sound, or are played out from tremelo bar use. I would go to any length to catch someone if they stole it from me. If anything ever did happen to it, I would search out another '91 model. Jeff seems to get along fine with his newer models, so they must be great or he'd be playing something else. I favor the original design. It's simply the ultimate Stratocaster for me.

Love it!!

"I have had my Jeff Beck for 7 years. Very nice, great action, super electronics. I have the gold hardware and honey finsh with the tortoise pick guard. Travels well and maintains tuning."
