Amazing clean and classic fender tones

The 65' PRRI has been an amazing amp and keeps getting better each time I use it. It takes pedals well and has a great clean classic fender tone. It's worked really well with my strat and telecaster and sounds amazing with my ES-335. It also works real well as a practice amp and still sounds great at lower volumes for when the kids are sleeping. Great buy!

best small amp for the price

Had a Deluxe reissue, Own a fender PJ 4 & a blues jr.. they sound good but not in same class as the 65 Princeton reissue.

Super Happy!!

The 65 reissue is perfect. I love it. The Jensen speaker is broken in and sounds great. No need to replace it. The amp did rattle when I hit the low E on 2,3,4 fret. I googled that. Someone or a tech said tighten down the speaker nuts. I did. Dead quiet! I put a RCA 5751 in the V1. Glorious!! Fantastic sound. Super Happy!!

Timeless Electric Guitar Sounds

This is a great amp , Leo Fender got it right when he introduced this amp in 1964 , This reissue version is a wonderful amp, perfect for home studio or gigs . this amp has made me a better player because of the sound it puts out , the Reverb combined with the Tremolo is a timeless electric guitar sound . Sam Ash gave me a great price and shipped it out fast . Thank you !

"Chimeville" and great service!

I've been looking for just the right small amp with tons of tone to use instead of my larger deluxe reverb. Sam Ash was fantastic about helping me find the perfect amp. The '65 Fender Princeton Reverb has that beautiful chimey tone that I wanted. Plenty of volume for most of the places I play, durable, and easy to haul. I gave the sales people a bit of a runaround on Fender models before finding this one. I was always treated with respect, and generosity by the sales staff. Thanks Sam Ash.

Best amp

I also have a Twin Reverb and the princeton's sound beats it!!! I like it. I can play in clubs with it. It's portable so it's perfect.

I got it as a christmas present. I also have a Fender '65 Twin Reverb and this small amp almost beat it. They have almost the same vintage sound, the original Fender sound! It's very loudly so you can play in clubs or little concert rooms.

This is the best small amp you can get with all the classic Fender sound you love and respect. Hands down. Nobody else comes close!!!

Excellent Amp

I am 47 years old and have played guitar for over 35 years. This exactly fills the bill for me. Tone is HEAVEN. Nice and portable with very usable volumes. Simple in design and pure in tone. I hope Fender isn't slitting their own throats by raising their prices in this tough economy, because I would love to see them around in the future. No other amp has this sound. If you need high volume and gain this is probably not the amp for you, though you can always Mic it and put a distortion pedal in front of it. I just love this amp, I wish I hadn't waited for so long!
