11 Distinct Mono Synth Sounds
It's always a fun concept to make one instrument sound like another. With the Mono Synth Guitar Synthesizer Pedal, Electro-Harmonix takes this to a whole new level. This pedal features 11 different synth sounds including Bass, Blast, Nu Wave, and Ghost. Each has a specific and interesting synth character that you can use in different musical contexts and situations. You can also create, save, and recall up to 11 presets, one for each of the individual synth sounds.

Straight-Forward Controls for Sound Shaping
The controls on this pedal make it easy to alter a cool synth sound to your liking. Each of the 11 sounds have their own dedicated knob selection so you can choose what you want. There's a Dry knob and Synth knob to adjust the volume output for both of those signals at the synth output. Adjusting the two in conjunction creates different sound qualities. The SENS (sensitivity) knob adjusts how your playing dynamics trigger the pedal. The CTRL (control) knob adjusts keys parameters for each synth type to advance the nuance of your sound. There's also an EXP input so you can adjust a separate and distinct parameter with the addition of an expression pedal.

Radical Vintage Aesthetics
Like all EHX pedals, this one has a cool, on-point aesthetic. It's got a grey base with yellow striped over it, making use of open-letter text filled by backing colors for a real '80s vibe. "electro-harmonix New York City, U.S.A." is printed along the bottom, letting everyone know its quality build. Throw in the white knobs and additional white text and you've got a look that fits perfectly with its sound.
