BANG 4 ya Buck

I have worked at a couple of different guitar shops. I have been playing for over ten years and been recording for over 5. I think I have developed a good ear by now. I usually hate reverb pedals cuz they always sound fake, not like a good ol fender spring ya know? so when i heard a customer demo this unit I was really surprised by how good the verb was on it. as far as the other effects go, the fuzz is sick, very old school sounding, and all the other effects are just like icing on the cake. you buy this for the reverb and fuzz and you get some other goodies as well. the reason its is called the holy stain took me a while to figure out but if you set the dry wet to about 75% and put the amount of reverb at about 60-75% then put the fuzz on an play some long notes above the 12th fret you'll totally get why it is called the holy stain. try it yourself. overall I give it a 4.5 cuz although it is awesome, you cant save presets and since EH wants to classify this as a "multi-fx" pedal then I expect preset saving, but for [$] i guess maybe that's asking too much. also doesn't take batteries.
