In a bold Fender first, the Tone Master Deluxe Reverb amplifier uses massive digital processing power to achieve a single remarkable sonic feat: faithfully modeling the circuitry and 22-watt power output of an original Deluxe tube amp. Powerful convolution-based technologies recreate the classic reverb and tremolo effects that made these amps famous and inspired new genres of music. Paired with the pronounced sparkle and clarity of a single Jensen N-12K neodymium speaker and a resonant pine cabinet, the result is tubeless Deluxe Reverb tone and playing experience with modern convenience and flexibility for performance or recording, at about only half the weight of an all-tube original. With all these features, the Tone Master Deluxe Reverb sounds like the tube tone prized by rock, blues and country players everywhere, without the extra weight and maintenance.

Tubeless Deluxe Reverb Tone and Playing Experience
This amp features the most accurate emulation of our original Deluxe Reverb. Using a high-performance 100-watt digital power amp to achieve the headroom and dynamic range of a real vintage Deluxe tube amp, it gives guitarists a playing experience identical to the tube version, including Fender's world-standard reverb and tremolo effects.

Modern Convenience and Flexibility
This amp's rear panel is packed with useful controls and connections. An output power selector for full power and five attenuated settings delivers full, natural tone at almost any volume – from a full 22W of Fender power down to bedroom- and apartment-friendly 0.2W. Additional rear-panel features include a balanced XLR line output with Level control and three-way impulse response (IR) cabinet simulations, mute switch for silent stage or recording use, USB port for firmware upgrades, and more.

Half the Weight
Designed to match the traditional C12K speaker, the Jensen N-12K Neo speaker is engineered using lightweight neodymium magnets. Lighter than plywood, solid pine is a traditional Fender cabinet material from the '50s and '60s, making for more resonant and more "musical" speaker cabinets.

Features:

  • Jensen N-12K Neodymium Speaker Paired with Lightweight, Resonant Pine Cabinet
  • Normal & Vibrato Channels, Each with Two Inputs
  • Rear-Panel Output Power Selector for Full Power & Five Attenuated Settings
  • Balanced XLR Line Output with Impulse Response (IR) Cabinet Simulations, Level Control, & Ground Switch
  • Power Jewel Illuminates in Different Colors for Normal Operation, Warmup, & Mute/Silent Mode
  • Universal Worldwide 100V – 240V Operation
  • Power Cable, Footswitch, & Cover Included

Im an oooold school guy forever playing on tube amps. I'm also used to going into the store plugging my guitar in and if I like it; I take it home. With the virus shutting down pretty much everything music, I have had to rely on reviews and word of mouth recommendations. I decided just to go for the Tonemaster from Fender and I have been so pleased with the rich tone of this amp. I haven't put the attinuator over 1 watt because I have no live bookings right now, but I'm sure it's going live up to any venue I need it for in the future. Beautiful sounding amp at a reasonable price! And it weighs an unbelievable 23 lbs. reverb and vibrato are lush and spacious.

Not my cup of tea

I bought this, based on others reviews. I know it's supposed to sound exactly like the tube version. For me, it lacked the soul of a true tube amp. I returned it.

As close to perfect as I can imagine.

After playing for 30+ years and owning countless amps of all makes, I've finally found something close to perfect. I've used this amp on multiple gigs now; both mic'd and run direct. Both methods sound great. Plenty of output, stellar tone, virtually indistinguishable from its tube counterpart... at half the weight. Loves my pedalboard. Highly recommend.

Amazing amp!

Awesome sound , great features for multiple applications (live settings, recording and practice) and very light weight. Stop comparing its sound with their tube siblings, this amp probably sounds even better!

I've had this amp for a week, so I think it's a bit soon to ask me for a review, but here goes. It's great. I used it at my Friday night gig instead of my usual PRRI or DRRI (both with JBLs) and it sounded fantastic on 22w and 12w, 5w was really nasty good on ten but was not enough to cut through in the bar we were playing. The tremolo is smooth, not choppy like many digital tremolos, and the reverb goes from presence to big surf. The crunchiness on 12w grows with the volume setting and sustains like tube compression. There is a brightness with the NEO speaker that resembles the 10" JBL E110 in my PRRI, the treble is clean and clear, the bottom is tight, and it's very adjustable. I do not use pedals, just turn my amp up like a real rocker, and this amp delivered great clarity, bite and raunch, not fuzz, real tube sound. Yes, it sounds and controls like my Fender tube amps, that's what I bought it for. I like it a lot. And it's really light.
