Perfect starter to intermediate mando!

The Ibanez M510 is a great entry to mid level mando at a ridiculously low price. The action is always low right out of the box, they sound great, play great and look amazing. Also available in tobacco burst. -this is a staff review by skern at Sam Ash Music 57

I would buy this product again

It's great gift to give a loved one! it works wonderfully

Great affordable beginner instrument

As a violinist transitioning to mandolin for the first time, this instrument is everything I needed. It has a good sound (and I'm sure it will sound even better once I actually know how to play it). The ordering process was effortless, and the price was comparable to other companies I'd looked at.

Exceptional Starter

If a person is just getting started with the mandilon, the greatest feature that this offers is the fact that the basic construction allows for a really playable set up. It will need new strings as well, so add $40 - $60 for all that and avoid a little sticker shock. This will probably be true for any mandolin purchase (at any price point) so just be aware. That said, this thing looks great, is well built, and while the output is reserved, it's also enough to let you know how you are coming along. And, even if it turns out to just be wall dressing, it's still worth the money. Otherwise, it will not be your last mandolin. Good luck !!

Great Entry Level Mandolin

This is a great entry level mandolin. I bought it for my daughter and she loves it, but I play as well and I've had a ton of fun playing it as well! Comes pretty well set up, I just had to set the bridge to get the intonation right.

Happy Mandolin Player

Just arrived home from major NE guitar show when my wife surprised me with this birthday gift. The Ibanez M510 A-style mandolin. I didn't even know she knew I wanted a mandolin. She said after checking out numerous sites, Sam Ash most helpful and gave her a great price. This is a beautiful instrument that is one major bang for the bucs. Check out reviews for it yourself. I've shopped at local Sam Ash since I was a kid and believe me I'm no kid anymore. It's like family when I go in there.
