1 Year Limited Warranty:
Carvin Corp. warrants the electronic and mechanical components of this product to be free of defects in workmanship and material providing the product is used under normal operating conditions.

Limited Warranty does not cover the following conditions: a) modified products either electrically or mechanically in any way, b) moisture, c) salt/smoke/contaminants, d) natural disasters or any act of God, accident, fire, flood, ect. e) abuse, f) lack of reasonable care, g) modification or removal of the factory applied serial number, h) loss or theft. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Warranties are not transferable. No representative or person is authorized to represent or assume for CARVIN CORP any liability in connection with the sale or service of CARVIN AUDIO products. CARVIN CORP shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Products not meeting the warranty guidelines will be replaced or returned at the customer’s expense. Carvin Corp will notify the customer by email. After 4 weeks, all products remaining in our position will be considered abandoned and will become property of Carvin Corp.
