The Marshall DSL20CR puts out 20-watts of tube power thru a 12” Celestion Seventy-80 speaker. This combo houses an ECC83, and dual EL34 power tubes paired with 3 ECC83 pre-amp tubes to give this amp that classic, crowd-pleasing Marshall tone. With its dual channels, Classic Gain and Ultra Gain, the Marshall DSL20CR can provide you with a wide variety of tones from a shimmering clean to an extremely heavy overdrive and switch between them quickly and easily with the included footswitch.

Each channel on the Marshall DSL20CR features its own designated volume and gain controls for fast and simple tonal adjustments on each individual channel. The onboard EQ of the Marshall DSL20CR features Bass, Mid, Treble, and Presence controls to tailor your tone to perfection plus a built-in, studio quality Reverb with control to further expand your palette of tones. The DSL20CR has three speaker outlets allowing for a combination of two speakers, the ability to record and a standby function for silent recording meaning it can be taken from the bedroom, to the studio and onto a gig.

For even further tonal shaping, the DSL20CR includes a Tone Shift to scoop your mid-range for those extremely heavy riffs and a Deep switch to provide you with the classic bottom end delivered by the DSL amplifiers. The DSL20CR also features an attenuator switch which will enable you to switch between 20-watts and 10-watts to accommodate your needs, whether you need a little less power for recording in the studio or full power for live performances. The versatility, tone and power of the DSL20CR make this amp the perfect choice for any musician playing any genre in a variety of situations (recording, small to mid-sized performances). Includes footswitch.

This Marshall tube combo is awesome!

This tube amp sounds perfect with my Gibson SG. I use this amp to play for the church, and my tone has dramatically improved. I haven't tried the effects loop yet.

I'm very pleased with the sound of this amp, and with its size. It's plenty loud enough for small gigs and practicing with a drummer. The half power feature makes practicing at home easy too.

I love this amp. I had the 40 watt beast before but was a little too loud for my guitar room setting so I traded it in for this 20 watt version. It's perfect and I love that it goes on 10 watts or 20. Now I can really crank it up and get the classic Marshall sounds I'm l looking for!!

Ok s far 3 weeks into owning this amp I like it alot .. not love ....the clean channel is great and if you crank the gain on ch 1 you do get that classic ac/DC marshal sound on ch2 I find it very tiny even with bass all the way up and treble and mids half way . Also sometimes the tone will get muffled on ch 2 without touching anything weird. I was thinking of changing al tubes but so far I've been only using ch 1 clean and a Friedman dirty shirley pedal for distortion..I find it not as fizzy.. Milton from sam ash on line gave meca great deal though at 36 months too
