Respectfully disagree with the negative review here - having compared the original Ace strap to the new Hendrix model side by side... Nostalgia is fine but in many ways the Dunlop model is better made - the original has a stiff sandwich of various low quality backing materials whereas the new model seems to be stitched better with thicker material. All in all, a great vintage value.

Got excited, but it is just someone using Jimi's name on . The materials are not the same as the original I had growing up, very disappointed. Made in China with bad leather (perhaps fake leather, not sure). Upon searching the Woodstock strap on google, found out that a company called Souldier bought the Bobby Lee company who made straps for ace, fender, etc in the 60's and owns all the original materials. However, the bad thing with that is it costs alot more because the Souldier is considered a luxury brand. Used to respect Dunlop, but somewhere they lost any originality they had.
