This 20-ply hybrid shell snare drum is a welcome addition to the complete line of PDP offerings. The ultra-thick drum is made with 18 plies of European maple at its core and 2 plies of walnut both inside and outside. Outfitted with a MAG throw-off and distinct dual-turret lugs, it’s also available in 7x13” (PDSN0713MWNS), 8x14” (PDSN0814MWNS) 6.5”x 14” (PDSN6514MWNS) and 5.5x14” (PDSN5514MWNS) dimensions. All of the sizes produce a fat, throaty sound with a pronounced attack.

These Drums Are Awesome

This is a drum that was built to last. The 20plies thick snare drum has a lot of high pop, depth, body, and so much more. I have the 7X13 drum and it is out of sight and the range this drum has is magnificent. If you can get your hands on one of these drums, you will not be sorry.

Drum Workshop, Inc. warrants that Custom Shop DW Drum Shells and Finishes (Collector's Series®, Classics Series™, and Jazz Series™) are free of material and workmanship defects for a period of Two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

DW Performance Series™ Shells and Finishes are free of material and workmanship defects for a period of Two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

DW Design Series™ Shells and Finishes are free of material and workmanship defects for a period of One (1) year from the original date of purchase.

All drum hardware is covered for a period of one (1) year. Drum Workshop will repair or replace any defective components free of charge with comparable or functionally equivalent parts to the original purchaser upon delivery of the product to an authorized DW Drums dealer. Said defective component/s will become the property of Drum Workshop. Proof of purchase and status as the original purchaser are required for warranty coverage.
