Consistent Sound, vibrant play.

The constancy of the play is good. Carries well in outdoor & arena performance. Healthy low end with vibrant slap. Muted tap is clear & focuses well when flicking or tapping the bell itself. Also adds a signature ring (if wanted during flams) which is quite cool when playing with other percussion during syncopated poly rhythms. Essentially the entire drum (not just the skin) can be played. As well, the internal muffle is workable due it's smooth interior for easy slide in & out of hand & arm. Overall, I'd say it's a quality piece for anyone to own. Very happy with it.
