I am giving this three; so far everything looks good. I have not been able to use it, because I am trying to figure out how to attached the cords. There needed to be more detailed instructions about putting the drum together, and attaching the cords. I hope when I finally figure out how to do it, that it sounds okay. For now, I have to give it a three until I assemble everything together. I will say that they appear to be a good quality.

Honestly, as a guitarist who is trying to learn drums for the sake of improving his fundamentals with rhythm, I can't say enough good. These are amazing, compact, and seriously an amazing find.

This little kit sure packs a punch! I'm using it as a MIDI controller input for Superior drummer 3 and it works great! The USB latency is low enough to not be noticeable while playing (sub 2ms) , in the responsiveness of the pads once adjusting the velocity gives a really good feel to the kit. After playing on several more expensive units this one does a great job for my drum tracking needs. The hi-hat responsiveness is not bad either. I haven't met any MIDI hi-hat that has the same feel of a real hi-hat anyway, and after an hour of playing I was able to trigger any hi-hat sound I needed. The kick pedal needed some tension adjustments from the factory setting, but after an hour of messing with it I was able to do rolls no problem. The compact size and rubber pad responsiveness works great! I played several other mesh kits which just didn't feel right. This is kit, while only rubber practice pads, makes playing enjoyable! Please note, with the MIDI connection I am using linked up to superior drummer 3, I haven't played with the built-in sounds.

I really love this electronic drum kit. I'm a beginner at playing drums and this was just what I needed to get started. I had to play with the sensitivity on the kick pedal for a bit to get the sound and sensitivity I wanted, but it was easy to do once I played with the module for a bit. I'm grateful that the store associate at Sam Ash took the time to help me pick this one out.

I've been a percussionist for 20+ years and often come to Sam Ash for anything percussion related, I bought this electronic set for daughter to help prep her for middle school band. This one definitely does the job!!! I would recommend this brand to anyone.

The drum set has a good feel and bounce to the pads. Was very easy to set up. The sounds from the drum module sound decent for the price range. The play along song is a nice future for beginning drummers as you can control the temple to the songs as well as the pre recorded drums. Overall it's perfect for a beginner drum set or a practice set like I use it for without being loud.
