Designed in conjunction with L.A. session percussionist Pete Korpela, Pearl’s Jingle Cajon offers four different sound possibilities in one package.  The fiberglass body adds superior strength, and the super responsive snare system offers sensitivity unmatched by other brands.  Simply twist open the Brazilian Platinella style jingles and a new world of sonic options open up as you sound like two percussionists blending simultaneously.

Open up the Stainless Steel tambourine jingles for a whole other jingle option, or combine the two to sound like an entire percussion section.  Beautifully finished in our exclusive Carubinga exotic wood finish, Pearl’s Jingle Cajon will surely open your eyes and ears to an arsenal of sound never thought possible with its cajon predecessors

Would recommend to anyone looking for a cajun

Great mid size box with plenty of sound options, including adjustable jingles up front. Nice bass sound and really good snap on the snare. Would recommend to a friend.

Very nice sound

Had this for a few days now, think I'm getting familiar with it. The bottom end is nice, different techniques can get you a nice ringing bass sound or a solid thump. Snares produce a nice large marching snare drum sound, though are a little sensitive even when playing on the corners. Hard to get a good 'snap' sound (corners are flush with the frame, unlike some other cajons) but that might just be my technique. No way to turn off snares, so you're not going to get any kind of good conga-ish sound from it. Overall, even without the jingles, for my taste it was the best sounding cajon in its price range.

Great Sound!!

I had resisted buying a cajon for a very long time, preferring to use congas, etc. for acoustic gigs. However, after failing to pass a couple of auditions because I did NOT have a cajon I gave in and purchased this cajon. Wow!! By experimenting with the jungles I have created a sound unique to cajon. At the very first performance with a singer/songwriter the audience was absolutely blown away by the combination of the vocals, guitar, and the jingle cajon. Upcoming gigs will quickly pay for the cajon.

Great out of the box Cajon!

As a former professional drummer, I was skeptical about the value of such an instrument and would never have looked at it had I not seen a video demo on YouTube. A quick search soon showed me that I was way behind on current musical trends and I realized this might work in my home studio. I tried every single cajon on the showroom floor and this unit sounded the best with a nice loud solid bass. The snares are clear and crisp and the optional tambourine and Platinella jingles make it a great choice. Plus, it looks great!
