These shells are 5.6mm thin, 6-ply maple with a 45 degree bearing edge. All the ingredients for a kit that has a wide tuning range with a nice attack and warmth; favorable to live and recording settings. Featured with familiar single-post lugs and the YESS tom mount system from the Yamaha Absolute Series we all know and love. The rims are 2.3mm inverse Dyna-Hoops which are s-shaped to preserve the life of your sticks during rim shops. The shells are finished off with a beautiful satin finish, this kit is the best of ALL drumming worlds.

I added three Yamaha drums from a set I had in the early 80s 9000 series close finish and color now this set is an eight piece 4 mounted toms 2 floor toms sounds great and looks great
