The d:vote CORE 4099 Loud Instrument Microphone by DPA is small in size but big in sound. With its core technology and high SPL (sound pressure level) rating this microphone gives off a natural sound without distorting. The specially made mounting mechanism is gentle on your instrument yet durable for long lasting use. This microphone is perfect for recording engineers, live sound engineers, and musicians who take pride in having a high-quality pro audio sound.

Small in Size, Big in Sound
This microphone eliminates the possibility of distortion with DPA's revolutionary CORE technology paired with an SPL of 142 dB, supercardiod polar pattern and a thick protective wind screen wrapped around the entire microphone. The CORE technology minimizes distortion to bring out the natural clarity in every detail of your performance across the entire dynamic range. The tight supercardiod polar pattern, paired with the windscreen reduces the amount of bleed from live performances on stage or in the studio so you only get the instrument you are recording.

Gentle on Your instrument
Made entirely out of a soft rubber material, you will never have to worry about the specially designed mounting mechanisms leaving marks on your instruments. These sturdy clips are built specially for your instruments, for constant long-lasting use. With the flexible gooseneck you can easily manipulate the microphone position to best fit your sound. This gooseneck is coated in a hard, yet bendable metal keeping the wiring of this microphone safe. This system is built to withstand constant use on or off stage.

For Studio, Live Sound and More!
Included with the d:vote instrument microphone  for brass instruments is a 1.6 mm lightweight detachable cable ideal for personal micing needs, sold separately is a 2.2 mm detachable cable good for PA and live gigs, both will hold up to daily use.
