pro: sounds nice and very easy to make a complete back up track with drums, bass, guitar and keyboard etc... cons: it has to be sequenced the entire song from start to end completely, otherwise it won't be able to end the song nicely. it would be great if digiteh has an upgrade on the firmware to fix this tiny little bug.
This is a great pedal. I have really enjoyed getting to know its many functions. The bass is great, me and my drummer use it while practicing. Still getting to know it but a very handy tool to have.
Still learning how to use this unit, can not say to much about it.
Simple to use and a great learning tool. The sound is good quality and the algorithms seem infinite depending on your ability to create rythm patterns. Get the plus version for an added looper and more styles.
I've been using the Trio+ for a few months now. Right out of the box, I was recording and looping. The ability to adjust the bass track from a simple to complex part is perfect. The ability to sequences whole songs together is also helpful. Though I don't perform with it, it is incredibly helpful in my song writing.
This is definitely the easiest to use and mst complete looper pedal/synthesizer/drum machine there is. Let this pedal do the work for you so you can practice and lay down line after line of tasty licks.
Columbus Sam Ash
This is the easiest, most complete looper pedal/synthesizer/drum machine there is. The pedal actually learns your rhythm and melodies and creates drum and bass accompaniment around you. That is too cool. There is an expandable SD memory card for truly unlimited possibilities and storage. This pedal is a ton of fun, super simple to use and really, the pedal does most of the work for you. Totally a cool item to have in your pedal asenal.
The Digitech Trio is a great pedal for anyone looking to add a little spice to their jamming/practicing sessions. This upgraded version includes a looper, and more rhythmic genres to choose from than the previous model. The dual functionality is split into two switches, and the freedom that they give you in crafting backing tracks is enormous. You can make this thing go from light jazz drums and bass to insane heavy metal with the flick of a switch. I'd recommend this for anyone looking to add some fun to their practice space.
I use this at home to rehearse and to flesh out new ideas, as well as live to accompany myself. The trio is simple to use, and sounds amazing. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who'd like to improve their playing.
