The SlimPar 56 worked great for me. I was working on a special effect for a High School theatre production and a Par 64 wouldn't work but the 56 fit the need perfectly. Great unit for the price. Light weight and quiet, perfect for an effect that had to happen in the house.

This is a standard, must have light for any DJ or rock band set up. Light weight, easy to set up and use. It's fully DMX controllable, or you can set it up on sound activation mode and just let it go to the music. A few of these guys go a long way towards making an impressive light show. The SlimPAR 56 is the perfect lighting effect for any party, club event, or musical performance. It's easy to set up and use, with a variety of settings to tailor to your specific needs. I particularly like the sound activated setting as it seems to compliment the audio well, but the automated setting works well and is the easiest to use. It's small size makes it easy to fit wherever you need it to. For the price, this is definitely one of the best options for a heightened entertainment experience.
