Straight & flat lacks warm sounds

The instrument feels and looks great, especially with the silver keys. The sound is precise and accurate but the warm tones could have been better. The wood in the joints expanded in about 20 days from the time of purchase and the clarinet could not be assembled. I wrote a couple of times to the company in France and in the USA. Unfortunately they did not respond. Luckily I found a repairer who fixed it by filing with light emery paper. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and customer support on the part of the company!

"Wow, what tone! I've been playing a clarinet from another brand for many years. I wanted to step up to a higher level instrument so I bought the R13 and I'm very happy. I'd recommend the buffet to anyone looking for a higher quality instrument."
