Blues you can use!

This is by far my favorite dirt pedal. Smooth and screaming the blues. Very responsive to pick attack and volume. Awesome pedal! It won't get you metal but it sure got the blues!

I love it

You have to try it, you'll love it.

Sounds great with high and low gain

This thing is epic!

Great pedal!

i have had this pedal for 2 or so years and it plays great! and for [$], its more than worth you money. I can get great overdrive from it and great tone. And its built like a tank, so it could be dropped from a skyscraper and survive.

Great For All Players

"When alot of people hear the term ""Blues Driver,"" they think, ""Oh, some stupid pedal for old guitarists,"" but when I saw it, I thought to myself, ""I just have to try this out!."" I plugged it into a Marshall half stack, and played a wide variety of music, including, but not limited to: Dillinger Escape Plan, A.F.I., and From Autumn To Ashes. I have to say this: This pedal freakin' rocks! I'm 17, I've been playing about 5 1/2 years, and I've gone through so many modes of distortion (Metal Zone, Amp Distortion, Death Metal Distortion, Grunge, DS-1, etc.) and the Blues Driver is by far the best out of all of them... I like the low gain sound it has, yet I can still play heavy with it. Its sound is thick and full of power. BOSS: You guys are bloody brilliant! This is a must for any guitarist! -- Distance"

Just what the Doctor ordered for mild overdrive

"After trying many (affordable) overdrive pedals, I settled on the Boss Blues Driver for good. I play mostly Rock and Blues through Vox and Fender amps, which are generally a little to clean at moderate volume levels. This ruggedly built little pedal gives me just enough crunch to make the amps roar, and it still maintains the characteristic sounds of my guitar and amps. I mainly use it as a ""booster"" for leads, with only minimal crunch (center setting on distortion) and to increase the volume level. The Blues Driver has been working at every gig for the past two years -without ever giving me problems. But do yourself a favor: get the recommended Boss PS-120 power supply, unless you enjoy replacing batteries during performances!"
