The trombone is exactly as described: looks brand new with no visible flaws, no tarnish or nicks, and plays great. It was a great buy for a Yamaha trombone otherwise listed upwards of $1000. But the greatest thing was the customer service and delivery! Due to needing to return another trombone, this one said it may not be delivered until December 26. Since it was a Christmas present, I notified customer service asking if there was any way it could arrive sooner...and was pleasantly surprised at its arrival on 12/22!! Thank you so much!

My daughter has been playing trombone in her grade school music program.
