I want to thank the customer service person for his professionalism taking accurate information that I needed for my tenor saxophone. It was delivered in a timely manner allowing me to perform my rehearsal on time. I realize because of the virus situation the stores were closed for the safety of the employees and customers but the store was able to have a backup plan for customers to be able to order items over the phone for fast delivery.
