When it comes to metal mouthpieces, options can be limited. The top two are the Otto Link, and this bad boy, the Berg Larsen. With a large center chamber, and a medium tip, the one I play on produces a bright, bouncy, loud sound. Did I mention that it was loud? This mouthpiece will put you above everyone else, in style, in volume, and in flexibility. I only use this mouthpiece for a jazz setting, I would not use it for classical music. The smaller profile of the mouthpiece takes some time to adjust to, and therefore is prone to blowouts for the first few tries. Overall, a great mouthpiece, a great price, and a great sound.
