Tune your instrument quickly and accurately.

Roadie Tuner helps you tune your guitar quickly and accurately. Switch tunings in seconds with Roadie and keep track of your string information with the built-in health check. Your guitar will sound fuller than ever before and you can spend more time learning, playing, and composing your own music.

It only takes Roadie a few seconds to fine-tune your guitar or completely change tunings in less than a minute. The accompanying mobile app comes preset with 8 alternate and open tunings. It also gives you the ability create your own custom tunings. With Roadie, tuning your instrument becomes easier than ever, less error prone, and far more accurate than manual tuning.

The accompanying free mobile app is available in the iOS App Store and Google Play for a wide range of devices: iPhone (4S & above), iPad (3rd gen. & above), iPad Mini, iPod touch (5th gen. & above) and Android devices running Android version 4.3 and newer and equipped with Bluetooth Low Energy.

Tuning with Roadie Tuner is three times more accurate than the average human ear. Even in noisy environments, switch on noise cancellation and let Roadie deliver its perfect, crisp tuning.
Detection range: A1 (55 Hz) - A5 (880 Hz)
Detection accuracy: Less than ±1 cent
Tuning accuracy: Up to ±2 cents
The reference A 440 Hz setting is customizable in 0.1 Hz increments from 420 Hz to 460 Hz.

The instrument doctor is a built-in health check for your strings that tracks the wear of strings and lets you know when it’s the best time to restring. When needed, Roadie is also a powerful string winder/unwinder that will help you quickly restring your instrument.

Roadie fits in your pocket or guitar case / bag.
Size: 5x8cm / 2x3in
Weight: 100g / 3.5oz

Roadie tunes all sorts of string instruments with guitar-like machine heads including electric, acoustic, classical, steel guitars, 7 and 12-string guitars, ukuleles, mandolins, banjos, etc. This excludes bass guitars or instruments with wooden pegs. Roadie is adjustable and can work in quiet or noisy environments.

The electronics under the hood consume very low energy, allowing the built-in LiPo 1000mAh micro-USB rechargeable battery to last for weeks of normal use on a single charge.

Roadie lets you customize any of your strings/tunings in 1 cent increments. If you like to tune a string slightly sharp or flat or if you have a piece you like to play in a different temperament, simply adjust that tuning in the app and tune back to it perfectly anytime.

Comments about Roadie Tuner Automatic Guitar Tuner:

I love my Roadie Tuner. It takes me a few second to switch between any of the tens of alternate tunings I created. The only drawback is that it takes some time to calibrate. Luckily calibration needs to be done only once per instrument.

Comments about Roadie Tuner Automatic Guitar Tuner:

Great idea but doesn't work well in practice. If it doesn't recognize the pitch it starts tuning up fast looking for the pitch, and will quickly break the string if you don't stop it. I contacted support. they wanted a screenshot of the tuning I was using, which I sent, and never heard back. I returned the unit.
