I called the store (in Springfield, NJ) to find out if they had the book, but no one was available at the Book department to answer. They took my number. John called me within an hour, searched and found the book, and put it aside until I got to the store and bought it. There was an interesting thing that happened. After I bought the book, I asked why my (customer) information was checked in for the transaction. John said he checked my number (which he called me at) for the transaction. That was great customer service!
